We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, providing a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role involves guiding daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining a family-like structure within student homes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse
- Provide guidance, nurturing, and support to a group of 8-12 students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legal marriage for at least two years
