As flex houseparents, married couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Candidates should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
