Family Support Specialists - Milton Hershey School

Milton Hershey School is a world-class private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking a couple to become Houseparents and provide a nurturing environment for our students. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students.

The role requires a high degree of integrity and responsibility. You will be responsible for handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing guidance and support to our students. We are looking for couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Legally married couple for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
