Job Summary: We are seeking married couples to join our team as house parents at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will live on-campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing guidance, support, and care. You will be responsible for managing daily routines, including meals, homework, and activities, as well as overseeing household chores and budgets.
As a house parent, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful living environment.
