Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique role requires a committed couple who can provide a family-like environment and support the development of underprivileged youth.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, preferably from underserved settings. They must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
