Job Description
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes and cover different homes before being assigned to one specific home. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other duties.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. This unique position offers married couples the opportunity to serve as flex houseparents and provide a consistent, loving environment for students.
