Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Flex House Parents, a unique role that combines family support and educational guidance. As a member of our team, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students each.
Your responsibilities will include guiding students, handling daily responsibilities, and developing an educational environment. You will also receive a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and relocation assistance.
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also necessary.
We prioritize flexibility, offering a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school.
