You must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. As a Flex Houseparent, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a three-week paid summer vacation.
