We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth and possess a valid driver's license.
