Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Family Support Specialists. In this unique role, you will provide nurturing and guidance to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
Flex houseparents are responsible for managing daily responsibilities, including transportation and administration of medication, while ensuring a supportive and structured home for students. This position requires couples to work together as a team.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
