Your Role
As a House Parent couple, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of our students. You will provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students in a family-like setting, and your duties will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks related to caring for the students. You will also have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
