About the Role
As a houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will be responsible for guiding students in daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining household routines.
You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and education of our students. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, paid training, and a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple).
We are looking for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
