The Job
In this role, you and your spouse will work together to provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in grades pre-K through 12. Your responsibilities will include managing student homes, ensuring the well-being of assigned students, and being comfortable in a leadership role within a supportive community.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should both be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
