Milton Hershey School is dedicated to providing a world-class education to students from challenging backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become part of our caregiving team as Family Support Team Members.
In this role, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and support a group of 8-12 students, creating a stable and loving environment. You will work closely with other caregivers to ensure students receive the best possible care and guidance.
A successful candidate should have experience working with youth, preferably in an under-served setting. Couples must be willing to follow a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and adhere to guidelines regarding pets.
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Our schedule provides a balance of work and personal time, and we offer three-week paid summer vacation.
