What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Team Members position at Milton Hershey School?

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to become certified to drive student home vans. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. The schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
