We are seeking married couples to join our team as residential youth caregivers. This unique career path offers a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Responsibilities and Requirements
As a residential youth caregiver, you will be responsible for providing care and guidance to students in a family-like atmosphere. This includes transportation, medication administration, emotional support, and daily devotions. To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.

In addition to a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits, we offer relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also receive three weeks of paid summer vacation and have access to a range of amenities on campus.
