This unique role involves married couples residing in student homes, providing care and guidance to youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. Responsibilities include managing daily responsibilities such as medication administration and budgeting, fostering a supportive family-like environment, and ensuring the well-being of students. We are seeking experienced individuals who can lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, without proselytizing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, limit your pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds, and have a valid driver's license.
