As a House Parent couple, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You'll provide a supportive family-like environment, guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities, and ensuring the well-being of the children. This role requires couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
