Career Opportunities for Couples
We are currently hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a unique opportunity for those who want to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. In addition, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
