Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of flex houseparents. As a houseparent, you will provide a nurturing home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include managing a student home, offering guidance and support to the students in your care, and handling various responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. The position also offers three-week paid summer vacation.
