As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include providing a family-like environment, driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you and your spouse will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
