Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become full-time homecare providers for youth. As a homecare provider, you will provide individualized support and guidance to groups of 8-12 students in a residential setting.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with the students, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with limited pets in the student home.
