Job Description
As a married couple working as Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of approximately 8-12 youth from under-served settings. Your role will include daily devotions, leading students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and participating in their personal development. You will need to be comfortable leading students in various activities and providing guidance on a daily basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and have been legally married for at least two years. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, you must be comfortable living in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus environment and adhering to the school's policies regarding pets and other matters.

In addition to the competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, you and your spouse will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also receive paid training and relocation assistance. Furthermore, you will have three weeks of paid summer vacation to spend together as a couple.
