Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become full-time houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home and manage a range of responsibilities including guidance, medication administration, and financial budgeting.
Our ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
