Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated houseparents to provide a nurturing and structured family-like environment for students aged pre-K through 12th grade. As a houseparent, you and your spouse will be responsible for guiding and supporting a small group of students, handling various daily activities, and making a positive impact on their lives.
The job requires commitment, integrity, and experience with youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
