To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be legally married for at least two years, both 27 or older, and comfortable leading students in daily devotions. You must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, as well as limitations on pets. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
