Join Our Team as a Flex Houseparent
We are seeking married couples to join our team as residential youth caregivers. As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse and provide a supportive and nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these students and help them develop essential life skills.
About the Role
This is a two-person job that requires commitment and integrity from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time during school hours. You will also receive relocation assistance and paid training.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must have been legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older. You may have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and pets are subject to certain limitations.
