About Our Students
At Milton Hershey School, we serve students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, but they all share a desire for a better future. As a houseparent, you'll play a vital role in helping our students achieve their goals.
Your Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you'll be responsible for guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students and providing a consistent family-like structure. You'll handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, and participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
