Job Description
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and support to our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing living environment
- Providing guidance and support in daily activities
- Administering medication and handling other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
