The Youth Development Specialist position offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, and a unique work schedule designed for couples committed to youth development.
We value the skills and qualities that you and your spouse bring to this role. As a couple, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
