We are seeking experienced and compassionate Guidance and Support Professionals for Youth to join our team at Milton Hershey School. In this vital role, you will work alongside your spouse to provide individualized support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing daily routines, providing emotional support, and promoting the social and academic development of students. You will also be responsible for administering medication, handling student budgets, and reporting to school administrators as needed.
A successful Guidance and Support Professional for Youth will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. They will be able to work collaboratively with their spouse and other staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
The compensation package for this role includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approximately $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also provided.
