What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance and Support Professionals position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking two-person teams who have been legally married for at least two years to join our team as residential youth caregivers. In this role, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus setting, overseeing the care and well-being of students.
As a residential youth caregiver, you will work closely with students to promote their educational and personal growth. You will also be responsible for handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
