About This Role
We are seeking a married couple to become part of our team as Guidance and Support Specialists. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for students.
You will engage in daily activities, including managing budgets, transportation, and administering medication, while fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
This position requires a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a strong commitment to the well-being of the students.
We offer a salary of $43,825 per person, which equates to a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
