What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guidance and Support Staff position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to join our team as guidance and support staff at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will reside on campus with your spouse and provide a family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include administering medication, managing budgets, and transporting students. You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and leadership. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
