About the Role
Milton Hershey School is searching for experienced and empathetic individuals to fill the role of House Parents. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
Your responsibilities will include leading daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and engaging in activities that promote character development and teamwork. You will also be expected to manage daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, while maintaining a clean and organized living space.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, or approximately $150,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and a structured schedule that allows for nine days of work followed by three days off.
