Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students in an on-campus home. About the Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
