Job Description
We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students. Your role will involve providing a consistent family-like structure for the students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements
- Couples must be married for at least 2 years
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with youth preferred
