As a houseparent couple, you will reside on campus and provide guidance and care to 8-12 students. Your daily responsibilities will include driving, budgeting, and medication administration, ensuring a supportive family-like environment.

Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and three weeks of paid summer vacation.
