As a houseparent couple, you will reside on campus and provide guidance and care to 8-12 students. Your daily responsibilities will include driving, budgeting, and medication administration, ensuring a supportive family-like environment.

To qualify, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and three weeks of paid summer vacation.
