Job Responsibilities
As Houseparents, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing students in a family-like structure, providing care and support throughout their educational journey.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A strong ability to lead and guide students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- A valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
