We are seeking dedicated couples to join our team as Flex House Parents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex House Parent, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and caring environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About Us:
Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education, housing, meals, and more to students in pre-K through 12th grade. Our fully-endowed school is committed to ensuring both students and staff have everything they need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Reside on-campus in a student home and provide a family-like environment for students
- Drive students to appointments and activities
- Administer medication and handle budgeting and reporting
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couple must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
