What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Couples for Student Success position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples to become Guiding Couples for Student Success. As a member of our team, you will guide a group of approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a family-like environment.
Your key responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other duties. We require couples who can commit to this unique career path and take responsibility for the students' well-being.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
