What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Couples for Youth Development position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking caring and compassionate couples to become Caring Partners in Education, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment. As a Caring Partner in Education, you will work closely with your partner to support students' daily needs while fostering a positive and safe living atmosphere.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working with youth, particularly from under-resourced communities. They should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members serve as role models for our students. As a Caring Partner in Education, you will handle daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
