Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated and compassionate married couples to join our family of staff as Guiding Couples. In this role, you will provide a supportive and stable environment for students, helping them develop into confident, capable individuals.
**Our Mission**
We strive to empower students to achieve their full potential by providing a high-quality education, combined with emotional support and guidance. As a Guiding Couple, you will play a vital role in fostering a sense of belonging and community among students.
**Responsibilities**
* Live on-campus student homes with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students
* Administer daily routines, drive, budget, and report as needed
* Engage with students in a family-like setting, promoting emotional growth and development
**Requirements**
* Couples should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and have been legally married for at least two years
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Demonstrated integrity and commitment to providing a supportive environment for students
