Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents, Full-Time, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for at-risk students.
As Houseparents, you will reside on-campus in one of our student homes, guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students while managing household responsibilities.
This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance and paid training.
The schedule includes nine days on-duty followed by three days off, with personal time during the school day.
Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We are looking for couples who demonstrate a high degree of integrity and can lift up to 50 lbs.
