About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and dedicated couple to join our team as House Parents. In this role, you will provide support, guidance, and a family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students. You will work collaboratively with your spouse and other colleagues to create a nurturing atmosphere, manage household chores, and participate in students' educational and recreational activities.
Job Description
- Providing guidance and support to students, including managing daily responsibilities and creating a family-like environment
- Participating in students' educational and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary package of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
