We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a couple houseparent, you will provide a structured family-like environment, handle responsibilities such as transportation and student well-being, and cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
