The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a houseparent couple who is passionate about working with youth, has excellent communication skills, and can create a supportive and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a valid driver's license.
Benefits:
• Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
