Student Support
We are seeking married couples to serve as houseparents, providing guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide a family-like structure for students
- Manage various responsibilities such as transportation and student care
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
