Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings.

In addition, we provide relocation assistance and paid training to help you succeed in your role as a flex houseparent.
