Milton Hershey School is committed to providing exceptional education and care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a structured setting, driving, administering medication, and maintaining a sense of family among the students. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for personal growth and development. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth, we encourage you to apply.
